Agreement to Terms

By creating an account and using Careful you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Careful. These terms apply to all users of the Careful mobile and web application operated by Careful Technologies, Inc.

Who Can Use Careful

You must be at least 18 years old to use Careful. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide during signup is accurate and truthful.

Careful is available globally. All investment content, picks, and projections are presented in USD and reference US-listed securities only.

What Careful Is and Is Not

This is the most important section of these terms. Please read it carefully.

Careful is an AI-powered investment research and education platform. The Council, including all six AI agents and the deliberation system, provides research, analysis, and educational content to help you make informed investment decisions.

Careful is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, dealer, or investment manager. Nothing on Careful constitutes personalized financial advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a guarantee of any investment outcome.

The weekly Specialist Picks, foundation ETF recommendations, projections, and all other content generated by the Council are for informational and educational purposes only. They represent AI-generated research and analysis, not professional financial advice.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Before making any investment you should consider your personal financial situation and if necessary consult a qualified financial advisor. Careful Technologies, Inc. is not responsible for any investment decisions you make based on content generated by the platform.

Past performance of any security or index does not guarantee future results. All investing involves risk including the possible loss of principal.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised contact us immediately at contact@careful.help.

You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription requirements is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

Subscription and Payments

Trial Period

New users pay $1.00 to access Careful for 30 days. This charge is processed immediately at signup. After 30 days your subscription automatically upgrades to the annual Analyst plan at $60.00 per year.

Analyst Plan

$60.00 per year billed annually after the trial period ends. This gives you full access to all Analyst features.

Manager Plan

$300.00 per year by invitation only. Access is granted manually by Careful Technologies, Inc. Submitting a request does not guarantee access.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account section of the app. Upon cancellation your access to Careful ends immediately. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription period.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Careful Technologies, Inc. does not store your card details. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service available at stripe.com/terms.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change the price of your current plan we will notify you before the change takes effect. Continued use of Careful after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Access Codes

From time to time we may issue access codes that grant free or discounted access to Careful. These codes are non-transferable, may not be sold or shared publicly, and may be revoked at any time at our discretion. Any misuse of access codes may result in account termination.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Careful only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.

You must not:

Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Careful platform or its AI systems.

Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems.

Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or any content generated by the Council.

Use Careful for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Provide false information during signup or onboarding.

Intellectual Property

All content on Careful including the AI Council system, agent names, pick generation logic, design, copy, and branding is the property of Careful Technologies, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The weekly picks and Council chat responses generated for your account are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content generated by the Council without our written permission.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Account section of the app. Deleting your account permanently removes all of your data including your profile, picks, and chat history. This action is immediate and cannot be undone. No refund is issued upon account deletion.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Careful is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any content generated by the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Careful Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or your reliance on any content generated by the Council including investment picks, projections, or educational content.

Your use of Careful and any investment decisions you make are entirely at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Careful Technologies, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses including legal fees arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or engaged in any activity that is harmful to the platform, other users, or Careful Technologies, Inc.

Upon termination you will lose access to the platform immediately. No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Careful after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Careful shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
